Policy on Returns and Reprints


Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to request a reprint or return any purchased items with damage or misprint that is the fault of WeCreateAwesome or the shipping company. This request must be submitted within 24 -48 hours of shipment receipt. Send all concerns or requests to orders@wecreate.cloud.

Rules on reprinting and returning items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects or misprints and request to rectify them within 24 to 48 hours from the moment of receiving the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling or design approval of the Items by the Customer. For items damaged during shipment, contact the shipping company for information first before contacting the seller.

To return non-custom items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and submit the return request to orders@wecreate.cloud.
Our return and refund policy is described above. According to FL law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
